No. I haven't tried reversing the tickler leads. Rocky is quite specific about which lead from the coils goes where but it is something to keep in mind when nothing else works.
Squeal. That's another thing. I'm not getting that. Something I expect from a radio like this aand it ain't there.
I used a 3906 PNP type transistor and reversed The polarity in the audio portion of the circuit. I guess it's the audio portion. Should I reverse the polarity in the rest of the circuit too?
