I'd recommend making it about 350 uH by dimension formulas. Antenna "loading" coils are connected directly to the antenna, which loads the coil, and keeps it from having very high Q anyway. Therefore, I would not worry about Q too much for that coil. Closewound is OK, space wound would give you more Q than you can really use there. Regards, John
