I'll see if I can get a friend to scan the page. It's just a physical layout. The tubes are a 1S5 and a 3V4. Handbook specifies B+ = 45 volts. I bet it would be perkier at 90V. I haven't put the bypass capacitors in yet. Without them it oscillates with some antenna hookups. It might work better with less radio frequency into the audio stage too. Like my Tiny-Mite transistor amplifier, a local FM station gets into it.
