OK I learned something. I didn't know the output would also affect the input, but upon thinking, it's obvious that it would; transformers aren't one-way devices. :/

Yes it is quite a good article. I've copied MANY xtal set articles and found that some of them have crummy radios and good info, some have good radios and crummy info and some (like this one) have good both. It's worth keeping even if you don't ever build the radio itself.

Maybe I'll digitize all my articles. Yes.....I will! I can get another free webspace account somewhere. Stay tuned, Folks.
